If version 1.0.92 shows as the latest version, preventing an upgrade to a higher version, follow these steps to resolve the issue:


1. Navigate to Settings > System Settings > Device Preferences > About > Factory Reset


2. Follow on-screen prompts to perform Factory Reset


3. Power Cycle the Device:

Turn off, unplug, wait a few seconds, and then power on


3. Connect to the internet and check for updates again
