How to play encrypted channels? (DRM/A3SA)

To play an encrypted channel, please make sure the following conditions are met

1. Upgrade your box to the latest software version over the Internet.

2. Make sure your box is connected to the Internet when playing encrypted channels.

3. Make sure the "Automatic date & time" is turned on.

1) Go to Setting > System Setting

2) Go to Device Preferences > Date & Time > Automatic date & time

3) Choose "Use network-provided time"

4. Make sure you have installed an appropriate antenna.

Visit https://www.antennaweb.org/ to ensure you are using a strong enough antenna to receive ATSC 3.0 signals in your area.
