Basic Troubleshooting Steps for General Problems

When encountering issues with your ADTH box, it's possible that these problems have already been addressed through updates, or they can be troubleshoot with the following simple steps:


1. Check for updates and update to the latest software version.

Try updating to the latest Beta version for potential enhancements.

How to turn on/off the Beta Version


2. Turn the box off, wait for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.


3. Unplug the power, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.


4. Reset the system and then update again.
