Why can't I connect to the Internet?

Before connecting to any network, make sure your network is available.

You can connect to a network via Ethernet or WiFi.

Note: You can't connect to both Wi-Fi and Ethernet at the same time. 

If you are using one of the network connections of Wi-Fi or Ethernet, please remove the other one.

Connecting to Ethernet

At any time, you can connect to an Ethernet network via the Ethernet port.

Connecting to WiFi

1. Go to Settings > System Setting > Network & Internet.

2. Turn on the WiFi and select the WiFi you want to connect.

3. Enter the WiFi password.

If you have tried the above, but still have no internet connection. 

Please make sure your router is correctly set up.
