Please make sure to read these two pages for more details on our return and warranty policy before requesting an RMA:
*If you did not create an account when you placed the order, please contact ADTH support directly to request an RMA.
Follow the steps below to request an RMA (return/refund/warranty).
1. Access Your Account
Go to the My Account page. Locate and click the "Request RMA" button next to your "Completed" order.
2. Select the Item for RMA
Check the item you wish to return or exchange and press "Request RMA."
3. Fill Out the RMA Request Form
Complete the required information in the RMA Request Form.
You can leave the tracking code blank for now.
4. Receive Confirmation
After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. Request Review
Once we approve your request, your RMA status will be updated to "Processing." You will receive a notification email, and you can also check the RMA status on the My Account page.
6. Prepare Your Package
Get your package ready for shipping, making sure it includes all original items in their packaging:
1) Set-top box
2) Remote control
3) Batteries
4) HDMI cable
5) Power adapter
6) Quick Start Guide sheet
7. Ship the Package
Send the package back using your preferred shipping provider to:

8. Update Tracking Information
Go to My Account > View RMA Status. Fill in the Shipping Provider and Tracking Code, and press the "Add Tracking Code" button. Once we receive the package, we will assess the item's condition and determine whether to issue a full refund or provide an exchange or repair.
9. Return and Warranty Policy for Amazon and Walmart Orders
If you bought the item on Amazon or Walmart, please follow their return process. We offer a 1-year warranty, so if you need troubleshooting, repair, or a replacement within that time, contact ADTH support. Send the package to the address in Step 7, and clearly label the outside with:
- Amazon or Walmart Order Number
- Purchaser's Name
- Purchase Date
- A brief description of the issue
