How to submit an RMA Request for warranty and returns.

*If you did not create an account when you placed the order, please get in touch with our support team directly to request an RMA for you.

Please follow the steps below to request an RMA (return/refund/warranty).

1. Go to the My Account page


2. Find the "Request RMA" button beside your "Completed" order and Press

3. Check the item you want to request for RMA


4. Press the "Request RMA" button

5. Complete the "RMA Request Form" 

    Please select whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

    Enter the reason, your device's serial number, and where you bought the product. 

    You can leave the Tracking code blank first.



6. After submitting the request, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

7. We will review your request. Once we accept your request, your RMA status will be changed to "Processing". You will receive a notification email. You can also check the RMA status on the My Account page.

8. Please prepare your package for shipping and ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received it. 


    The product and accessories should be all in the original packaging, including:

    1) Set-top box

    2) Remote control

    3) Power adapter

    4) HDMI cable

    5) Quick Start Guide sheet

9. Send the package back with your preferred shipping provider to:

10. Go to My Account > View RMA Status

    Fill in the Shipping Provider and Tracking Code, and press the "Add Tracking Code" button.

Once we receive the package, we will review the item's condition and decide whether to issue a full refund or exchange/repair.

We will refund your original credit card if the refund is approved.

We will ship the exchanged or refurbished item to your original shipping address if the exchange or repair is approved.
