Steps to Submit a Report for a Problem Channel


If you encounter a problem where a specific channel cannot be played or there is any issue related to signal reception, please follow the steps below to send us a detailed report:


1. Identify the channel: Note the channel number or name that has the issue.


2. Describe the issue : Briefly explain the symptom (e.g., “No audio/video,” “Signal lost,” “Playback frozen”).


3. Capture logs or screenshots (if possible) : If available, collect system logs or take a screenshot showing the issue or any error messages.


4. Check other channels : Confirm whether the problem is isolated to one channel or affects multiple channels.


5. Follow the steps below and send a report to us :


Step 1. Press the DOWN button to display the Info Bar while in full-screen mode.


Step 2. Navigate to the "Data" icon on the far right and select it to open the Technical Information page.


Step 3. A list of detailed technical information will be displayed.


Step 4. Press the "Report signal issue" button.
