When you boot up the box for the first time, it will automatically play the scanned channels and load the program guide of the currently playing channel.
Since a tuner can only tune to one frequency at a time, please switch channels and press OK to play other channels with different frequencies. The program guide will load gradually in the background.
Use the directional pad on the remote to scroll through the program guide and view programs for different channels and times. Tip: Press the Back button to quickly return to the current time.

Why the guide fills in gradually
Program guide data is broadcast over the air by each station, rather than downloaded from the internet. The box collects it from a channel while it is tuned to that channel, so the guide fills in as you watch and browse, and a channel you have not tuned yet may show little or no information at first.
If the guide is still empty
Please check the following, in this order:
- Confirm the channel plays. Guide data cannot arrive from a channel the box cannot receive, so a weak signal shows up as a missing guide. See What are Signal Strength and Quality?
- Leave the box tuned to the channel for a few minutes, then reopen the guide.
- If several channels play normally but none of them show guide information, please contact support with your serial number, software version, and the channel numbers affected.
