- Does it support DRM?
Yes, the ADTH NEXTGEN TV Box supports DRM decryption of the broadcasters' encrypted content. Currently, the ADTH receiver must have an internet connection to display encrypted material.
- Will the Receiver work without an internet connection?
Yes, the Box will work without internet connection. However, you won't be able to view encrypted channels and receive software updates and DRM support, so we strongly recommend you keep the Box connected to the internet. an

While the ADTH NEXTGEN TV Box will decrypt broadcaster signals that are encrypted content, this device is not configured to support cable content from Xfinity or other cable or satellite operators.
- Will there be a program guide service that works with the remote?
Yes, the ADTH NEXTGEN TV Box includes an onscreen guide that shows program information and schedules.
- Will it allow the recording of ATSC 3.0 content onto an attached USB storage? Does it have DVR capabilities?
As of version 2.0.4, recording is now supported. If your box is on an earlier version, please update it and the option will appear. Connect a USB drive, then press the red button on the remote from the program guide or while watching full screen. An SSD is recommended. An external hard drive needs its own power supply, and the drive must be formatted as FAT32 or exFAT.
- Can the Box be used for multiple TVs simultaneously?
No, the ADTH receiver supports one TV at a time.
- What kind of antenna do I need to use with the TV box?
The antenna should support the reception of VHF and UHF signals. The exact size and location of the antenna will depend on your location relative to the TV transmission towers in your area.
